RealityCharting® enterprise software is a unique problem solving tool used to implement and manage root cause analysis.
Enterprise software resides on a user’s server environment and typically displays the application through a web browser. This type of software is sometimes termed “browser-based” and can be accessed by many users across multiple desktop environments connected to an intranet.
RealityCharting® Enterprise Software Features
The enterprise version of RealityCharting® provides the matching functionality of the individual license along with an administration module that manages password security, user information, and file data.
RealityCharting® files created in the desktop version can be imported and edited for use within the web-based version.

Software Configuration
RealityCharting® enterprise software is a java based application utilizing either Oracle or SQL databases. It is offered in a standard configuration to customers who supply a J2EE production environment and do not require container specific database connection pooling. The standard is based on a web server that provides Sun JDK or JRE with Java 1.4, a Red Hat Linux operating system, and an Oracle database. The enterprise software has also been used in the Windows, Solaris, and UNIX operating systems. Customization Work
Customization work to deploy the RealityCharting® enterprise software in a unique user defined environment is common. We can work with you to integrate your other applications such as a company directory, single sign on applications, and corrective action tracking systems.
License Quantities
The RealityCharting® Enterprise version is available to customers purchasing a minimum quantity of ten (10) concurrent use licenses. Additional licenses are available in increments of 10 with progressively lower cost per license.
Maintenance Agreements
The RealityCharting®maintenance agreement is a cost effective way to receive committed service and support. It ensures users are supplied regular updates, upgrades, and any temporary patches along with immediate personal technical support. Deployment Options
RealityCharting® Enterprise software is delivered in electronic file format unless otherwise arranged.
A dedicated server with the RealityCharting® Enterprise application pre-loaded can be provided at a customer’s request.
